The service was top notch! While my car was being repaired, they contacted me several times keeping me updated. All the repair work was excellent! Car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up!
Went to the Edmonds location and the service was awesome. Angela was super helpful and understanding of the situation I was in. ICBC ended up delaying the approval and kirmac still let me use their courtesy car. I would highly recommend using their service.
Kevin is the only decent and caring employee here. This company is terrible! 8 weeks later and ordering the wrong parts twice as well as a shitty paint job having to be re-done, our car STILL isn't done. Kevin is the only employee who said sorry and was willing to try to make it up to us. Unfortunately our experience has been so terrible with this Kirmac that only one person cannot fix this. We will never ever go to this place again and recommend no one come here.
