Services
Rodent Control
Our poison-free rodent control uses exclusion techniques and reusable traps to eliminate infestations. We seal entry points and deploy T-Rex traps for humane capture. The 3-visit plan ensures complete eradication while protecting local wildlife from toxic chemicals.
Ant Extermination
Targeting odorous house ants and pavement ants, our treatment combines habitat modification with non-toxic baits. Technicians locate and eliminate nests in walls or gardens using eco-friendly solutions that prevent re-infestation without harming beneficial insects.
Wasp Removal
Professional removal of yellow jacket nests and hornet colonies using protective gear and vacuum extraction. Our $229 service includes free follow-ups and preventive sealing to stop re-nesting in attics, wall voids, and outdoor structures.
Spider Service
Comprehensive spider control includes web removal, perimeter treatment, and habitat modification. Technicians apply natural deterrents while educating clients on reducing attractants like nighttime lighting that draws insect prey indoors.
Commercial Pest Control
Customized pest management plans for restaurants, offices, and industrial properties. Services include quarterly inspections, rodent abatement for demolition sites, and discreet treatments that meet health code requirements while maintaining eco-friendly standards.

Questions
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
We prioritize urgent cases and often accommodate same-day appointments for rodent infestations and stinging insect removal. Contact us directly to discuss immediate service availability.
Are your pest control methods safe for pets?
Yes. We use EPA-registered, low-toxicity products classified as Category IV chemicals. Our primary approach focuses on physical removal and exclusion methods that pose no risk to pets or children.
How does rat birth control work?
ContraPest liquid formulation disrupts rodent reproduction by rendering them infertile. Deployed in secure outdoor stations, this non-toxic solution reduces populations by 90% within a year without harming predators that consume treated rodents.
Do you service multi-unit apartment buildings?
Yes. We provide comprehensive pest management for property managers, including quarterly inspections, common area treatments, and individual unit services. Custom plans address specific pest challenges in multi-family housing.
What areas do you service?
We operate from Seattle to Bellingham and east to Sammamish. Service areas include urban centers like Kirkland and suburban communities such as Mukilteo. Commercial clients in industrial zones also receive specialized pest control solutions.
Do you guarantee your pest control services?
Our 3-visit rodent control plan includes follow-up visits at no extra charge. We stand by our work and will return to address recurring issues within the service period at no additional cost to residential clients.
