Had an overall positive experience with Just Fences. The guys that came out to do the job were polite and worked hard. I would have given 5 stars except there was an add-on charge of $150 more than the contract said. They said it was because they ran into rock that required "excessive digging" while putting in the posts. Because of that, they charged me extra for holes that they could not dig out by hand. This add-on charge is in the fine print of their contract, and had they talked to me about the extra charge, I would have understood and agreed to it. However, because they sprung the extra charge during the time of final payment, it left a bad taste.
We just had our fence installed this week, and absolutely love it! Not only does it look amazing but Jake and his team took their time and you could tell they take pride in their work. The fence was installed when they said it would be and completed on schedule. Jake took the time to go over the fence, locks, etc with us to ensure our complete satisfaction before he finished. Great job and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great fence, great price and awesome installers!
