UPDATE: 7-28-19. I had a washer failure, but Shannon helped me get it fixed, unfortunately the fix didn't stick.but Reliable worked with me to resolve the issue and they made it financially feasible for me to consider repair or replace! They did the right thing! Thank you Shannon and Logan. 2016 review. I am always impressed with the service I get from Reliable. T hey have been working in my home for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed.honest, hardworking and I have always felt my business with them has been a good value! Most recent repairmen used were: Darin for a washer/ dryer and dishwasher.super! And Paul for a refrigerator.excellent.
