I have been using Long Island Carpet for over 30 years and have been very pleased with their in house services as well as their rug cleaning. I had one minor mishap with some poor upholstery cleaning for our building but they waived the fees and I have continued to use their services. Just recently they cleaned a very dirty older Kerman rug which sits in our foyer and brought it back to life.
