They sell you appliances, and from day 1 when said appliance does not work properly they say contact the manufacturer. So Electrolux was contacted 2 months and 8 service calls later the Hahn customer service has the audacity to tell me that Hahn only have a 30 day return policy. So if you're keeping up, what Hahns does to its customers, is get them to fight with the manufacturer for more then 30 days and then leave you out to dry. Simply hiding behind a 30 day return policy so they don't have to deal with really taking care of their customers.
Bought our fridge bc they did the repairs themselves. They sold that to some other company. My fridge is still under the manufacture warranty and has went out three times! Lost all our food! BUT the loss company will only give you ONE 300.00 replacement. I have a family of 8 people! These people refuse to give me a new fridge. Maybe instead of the dumb commercials they could actually fix their products like they say the would! (My fridge is not even 2 years old y'all)
