Kevin was SUPERB! Our dishwasher fixed politely and professionally. Here is why I took the time to write my recommendation: 1.) When I called the helpful assistant share what the service call cost would be (if parts were not needed) 2.) Kevin was on time for the appointment 3.) He showed us the problem, fix it on the spot 4.) Told us how to avoid the problem (rinse dishes off better)! 5.) His service charge was as they stated if parts were not needed 6.) Kevin cleaned up after himself (wiping down extra bit of water on floor) So, I call that service worth paying for. Honest, on time and competent. I would highly recommend the Appliance Guys.
