Do not use this company unless you want to waste a lot of time and money and never get anything fixed. They were sent by our insurance company to fix our dishwasher. First on at least 2 occasions they made an appointment to come by and never showed or called. When we would call wondering what was happening, no one would claim responsibility. We got several different excuses. I had been told 1 week to get the part in, but it took over a month before they actually came by to fix it. 2 weeks after it was supposedly fixed, the exact same problem has been happening again.
In this space of time our warranty expired and based on how awful our experience has been, we were in the process of debating whether or not to renew it. Calling to no avail, they refuse to come and fix the problem they were called to fix in the first place. They do not stand by the work that they did. They obviously misdiagnosed the problem, or did not install the part correctly. If they had actually come when made the appointments and fixed the problem in a timely manner we would still be well within our warranty. They are rude and unhelpful on the phone. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
