After leaving two voice mails and 48hrs later i finally get a response (voice mail) simply stating since I only have one screen to fix they're not gonna send out a technician to fix it and i would have to disassemble the screen then drive 30 miles to drop it off and pick it up when its done. Their website clearly says "theres no job too big or too small" yet they dont want my business. All the boasting on their website makes them sound good until you witness it first hand. False advertisement, thats a shame.
Don't use San Bernardino/ Crestline, CA business. Mario came out to replace screen (have used them in the past), after he left, I noticed that there was a slit in the screen (probably a razor cut) very close to the edge. Knowing the rip would just get bigger over time, I called their office to explain. Made an appt for him to come to replace and make it right. He just showed up, told me that he would have noticed the slice/rip if he was the one who did it, but he'll replace it anyways. Total attitude provlem. Basically, he accused me of slicing/ ripping the screen the same day he replaced it. Seriously. What an ass hole. Will never so business with this company again.
Very poor customer service skills over the phone. I was made to feel stupid and not worth your company's time. That was enough to tell me this the wrong company to deal with.
