Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service is a family owned and operated business serving Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties. The owners, Adam and Teresa Carver, started this business in partnership with a longtime and dear family friend, David Hanson. In addition to Adam's knowledge and experience in the garage door business, he also has a background in management, customer service, electrical and telecommunications. It is this diverse background that has driven Adam to have a keen sense of customer service, and a dedication to providing excellence in his products and workmanship.
Adam came to my house to fix or replace my overhead door. The lights hadn't been working. He was polite and friendly. He found out the problem was a very minor flattened connector to the light bulb. He fixed it and didn't charge me for the service. If anything else ever goes wrong with my overhead door I will definitely call Hanson service. Thank you Adam. They were always on time, their front office was friendly, and I had a couple issues after installation and they came and fixed it quickly.
