I spoke to Kay and told her that the Stronglite massage table I have had since April 2017 was missing one of its table feet. She asked that I send her a picture of the sticker underneath the table for the table specifications and the table feet so she could find out if the parts were available to ship to me at no charge. Along with her request I included a picture of the velcro on the face cradle and how it was coming out of place. She remained in great communication with me keeping me posted on the status of my email. And finally, just a couple business days later, she informed me that they had both the table feet as well as the velcro and both were being shipped to me today at no cost. Couldn't have asked for better customer service than this. I'm extremely pleased, grateful and happy.
Edit: They contacted me apologizing and sent out a replacement table warmer! Took a little long to get back to me, but glad they finally did! Thanks!
