Not a licensed business as advertised. Not insured as advertised. Owner had a criminal record in every Central Florida County there is, for theft. Stay away.

Zero stars should be an option! Todd came to fix a broken spring and after payment he asked me to push my garage door button and the motor blew up right then- he then ran out as fast as he could saying"call me when you want to put in a new motor". I was left with a garage door I cannot salefy open manually because of an incorrectly installed spring. I tried to contact Todd about the continued issues with the spring functionality and safety and he refuses to correct it and only wants me to buy a new motor. My garage door is now unusable after $250 spent with a scam artist. I wouldnt recommend Todd or this compnay to anyone.

Todd came to our home on a Sat on time and did everything he promised..Our seeing eye interrupter beam was always getting out of alignment and now there are brand new and working great. We added hurricane bracing, bolts and 2 new springs. Very happy with the work and the price. This work cost us half what the big company in our area charges!!

In and out......This company came highly recommended by a friend in my neighborhood. I called at 11:30am because my garage door did not want to go up. I spoke with Todd who say he'd be at my home at 2pm-3pm. Around 1:58pm Todd calls and says he needs the gate code which I oblige. Not much of a conversationalist, he backs his SUV to the garage I go to tell him what happens. He stops me mid sentence and says "I know what to do, I'm a professional, puts his headphones on and in 30 minutes he's done. Tells me the price, which is pretty reasonable, I pay with my card, he fist pumps me, compliments me on my tattoo art and he on his way.
It might seem rude to some, but I'm a New Yorker and this is what we are accustomed to. No chit chat. He came to work. So I'll be using him again when it's time to have my garage door opener installed. Which is also at a good price. Thanks Todd

Excellent customer service from Todd at R and T and would highly recommend. called on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message and they answered and quickly helped me assess the situation and clearly communicated their schedule and what the repair would likely cost.
Worked with me to schedule the repair around my tenant schedule after 5pm and promptly fixed our garage door and the controller on budget. Great to get competent customer service on any repair these days with good professional service . Thank You and would highly recommend!

This company beats all the others, believe me! They are local, don't play games with pricing, and when say they will be at your house at a certain time they are. Todd came to the house and started working immediately. It took him 15 minutes and he was finished. The garage door works better than it ever did....Discount Garage Door put it in and totally overcharged us. Call these guys...They are great!

Outstanding service.... Excellent experience. Our garage door would not go down after our power was restored from Hurricane Irma. I saw all the A+ reviews for this company on Angie's List so I gave them a call.
Todd answered the phone right away said he would come take a look at it for us. He was very pleasant and understanding especially considering how busy things are for them after the storm. I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived only an hour or so after my call. Talk about great service. He was very thorough and diagnosed and repaired quickly. I highly recommend them.

The guy that came to my house was horrible. He ask me to leave garage because I gave him stage freight. Then when I ask him a question he ignored me. Not to mention we waited 7 hours for him to arrive and this was second try with them. Do not use this company...

I couldn't be more pleased with the installation of this door. The entire assembly was replaced including the tracks and springs. I was expecting only a new door. The door is huge but so well balanced and smooth that my small kids can eve open it.
