The Melton family has been serving Pryor and the surrounding area for over 67 years. Their father, Leroy, got things started in 1951, when he began Melton's Sales, and Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Appliance Sales and Repair Company. He installed the very first 'refrigerated air' unit in Pryor's Spot Cafe, Both sons, Roger & Randy Melton attended and graduated from Pryor High School. In 1971, Roger Melton attended NEO A & M and then continued to OSU Tech to follow in the family tradition. Randy Melton also graduated from OSU Tech to carry on the tradition.
