They did not show up!l I am not comfortable with making appointments on-line, and this is why! After taking off work, and waiting for half of the day, I realized that they had left me a message (while I was on my way to the hospital with a family emergency-I did not return until late). I called prior to the time they were to come to confirm, and left another message on their machine (I continued to call them to verify the appointment). I am very disappointed that they did not call until they reached me. If I had a business, I would not cancel appointments until personally verified. Just leaving a message is not acceptable! I will not use them in the future and i will be sure to spread the word!
