Just a Note began in 1991 when Michele started her own janitorial and cleaning business. An avid piano player, Michele collected note paper and pads with a musical design. She often left notes for her clients upon completion of her work and almost always began them with, "Just a note.". When Michele and Jeremy married in 1998, they continued to operate the business together and added specialty cleaning services soon thereafter. Since becoming a mom in 2005 to Alexander, and again in 2007 to Jocelynn, Michele has continued to oversee the marketing and day-to-day operations of the company.
