So I had the guys come out to clean my air ducts! I was so excited! How ever I came home to my kitchen floor all the way through my house of muddy foot prints through my living room and up my stairs! I was not happy at all! So I called and talked to a male and wanted to send him pictures. he did have the guys come back and clean the carpets and my kitchen floor. But when I called originally had a coupon for $195.00 low and behold they charged me $220.00 I won't do business with them again!

I brought two large area rugs here to be cleaned. No fringe, nothing fancy. Although the price was great, the results were less than satisfactory. One of the rugs had been in our basement when it flooded. I brought it here because it was stiff & had orangeish into from the water that flooded. They managed to get the texture back to that of a rug, but it still has stained areas. But that's not their fault if it was a stain that could not be removed.

The second rug had been urinated on by a dog we were fostering. I dropped it off & let them know it needed to be cleaned due to dogs. They didn't call me to let me know when they were finished, so I called a few days later. They checked my name & said they were done. Again, not a huge deal, but a little annoying. I told them I would be in two days later to pick them up on my day off. The next day, they called me to tell me they were finished.

I explained I had already called to check the day before & had already told them I'd be in the following day. Finally I went to go pick the rugs up. They gave me the total which seemed reasonable. I mentioned that it was a little lower than I expected & I would definitely come back at those prices. The woman explained that they had forgotten to charge me for deodorizer on one, so if I returned, the price would most likely be about $20 more.

I got the rugs in my car & started home. The first one was improved, but still stained as I mentioned earlier. The second didn't even seem as if it had been cleaned. On the way home, i could smell dog from the rugs confined in my vehicle. As soon as I returned home, I called the store. They told me I could bring the rugs back but that I would be charged for the deodorizer as it's usually only used on rugs with urine odor. So, I'm not sure if they forgot to charge me for deodorizer they did use but didn't work or if they didn't charge me because they didn't use it, despite me telling them that was the exact reason we brought the rug in.

Both alternative were disappointing. I chose not to return & be charged for something when I wasn't satisfied with my results the first time. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because everyone was kind through every interaction. But I will definitely not be returning & will advise everyone I know to go somewhere else as well.
