Very disappointed in the condition of our cleaned rug. It wasnt dried properly so is now mishapen. I called to complain and was the person I spoke with knew right away the kind of rug we had and told me it happens all of the time. He offered to redo the rug and floor dry it to get it back into shape. My husband has to bring it back and will be another week before it's fixed. We will see how it looks after they "fix" it. Knowing this is common with that kind of rug, they should have dried it properly and checked it before they released it for pickup.
