This is by far the worst Volvo shop I have been to. Absolutely NO communication between shifts. Can't find a part for APU so instead of doing something just sit on their hands and do nothing. No communication with me their answer is set it aside and do nothing. I would sooner get my teeth fixed than come here. Not recommended.
Just purchased a 2012 form Jose Campos at the Seattle location. He, and the staff, could not have been more helpful and accommodating to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone's next truck purchase.
