Maddox, Sr., Tri-State Mack opened its doors with seven employees. Today, more than half a century later, Tri-State Truck Center, Inc. has grown to nine full-service dealerships and over 360 employees. We provide complete truck sales and leasing as well as parts, service and body shop services in Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas and beyond. Rod and Jim Maddox are the third generation of the Maddox family to operate Tri-State Truck Center.
I have been to a lot if shops in my time out on the road in my 22 years driving I have been to some good/bad/and worst but TriState is the best in my book they are not a very large shop but they know what they are doing and don't lie to you about your truck do a good job the first time and that's the way I feel about it

Jonesboro location is not very reliable. Took over a month - they kept telling us the part had been shipped but they had no idea where it was - and their service fees are outrageous. I hope to never have to use them again.
