John C. Cassidy, Sr. "Jack" settled in Palm Beach County to build a family and a future. Jack started John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning in 1960 on the dining room table of his home he shared with his wife, Mercedes and their five children. Jack set the bar high for both himself and his new company, instilling a lofty corporate philosophy to always be honest and conduct business with integrity. Jack's unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer service and creating an enjoyable work environment for his employees led the company to become part of a remarkable metropolitan expansion and the largest independent family-owned air conditioning contractor in South Florida.

As president of John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning, Inc., John Cassidy, Jr. has more than 20 years experience in the residential and commercial air conditioning business. He has helped to build a strong and highly respected company with a reputation for providing quality products and services to our community. John was born and raised in Palm Beach County. He attended elementary school at St. Ann's in West Palm Beach and graduated high school from The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach. After attending Northwood University in West Palm Beach, John joined the late General Alexander Haig's presidential campaign in 1979.

While air conditioning companies today have a number of ways to represent themselves-from websites and advertising to fleets of colorful vehicles rumbling around town-at John C. Cassidy, we firmly believe that our technicians are our company. This isn't to say that all the other departments aren't integral to the business.
