Nothing but professional and high quality work from this group. Our furnace broke a few days before we brought our newborn home from the hospital in chilly December. Planz Heating/Air immediately made accommodations to install brand new units and get the heat back on in our home to keep my family warm and safe. Employees were courteous, respectful, and walked me through the entire installation. Cannot recommend them enough.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday evening, so I contacted Planz at 8am the following morning. They returned my call, arrived, and completed the repair by 9:10am, all of which took place on a Saturday.
Jacob was extremely friendly and provided great assistance. I appreciate Planz for resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.
