Taylor called to schedule the apointment for our contracted maintenance service. Adam, the service technician arrived promptly on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time, after calling to let us know when he was on his way. He cleaned, tested & serviced the A/C equipment, inside and out, advised me of some preventive maintenance tasks I could do to keep the system functioning efficiently, recharged the refrigerant line to spec, removed a suspect surge suppressor, and advised me to have Nicor check our gas supply for a possible leak. I have been using A.W.E. for many years for my heating, A/C, and hot water systems, and I couldn't be happier with them. Always prompt, polite, attentive to details large and small, and professional in every way - and reasonable. I'm likely to continue our happy relationship as long as I own my home, and likely to recommend them to anyone who buys it when the time comes for me to leave.
