Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Won't respond to voicemails, and quoted me a price $600 higher than anyone else. It seems like they only care about jobs for big new developments - not homeowners in their own area. Use them at your own risk.

Appalling service ethics. Made an appointment in October, they came out and looked at the job. Said they would order parts. 2 weeks went by, no call. We called them, they said they lost the order, but would order parts immediately. Made an appointment for mid-November. Day of the service we got a call saying they had to cancel our appointment because other customers needed their service more. We don't have heat, but other customers who also don't have heat took priority.

Thanks to the Service Manager I just spoke with, who actually took the time to solve a problem, as opposed to shouting at me, I will remain with Taylor and Murphy. Been a customer for over 40 years and am really impressed by the service this General Manager provided. They have always been reliable for deliveries and now I know they will again be reliable for emergency calls or appts.
