Have been using Proctor's Heat & A/C Service since purchasing my home in 2012..He was recommended by other family members-as they all use his services. He is very honest and straightforward about what "needs" to be done to rectify any problems. I've never had him try to upcharge or try to sell me services that are not necessary. Mr. Proctor has taken care of my A/C and heating unit for the past 10 years. As contractors go, you will not find a more honest, reasonable, and fair man than Don Proctor. He has answered my calls and arrived at my home in times of crisis, whether it be a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, such as this past Labor Day. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an honest and fair A/C and heating expert. This particular visit had to do with my A/C pan filling with water and the unit just needing an overall cleaning and some fine-tuning. He insisted on coming out on a holiday and charges very fairly for his services.
