Can I give them 10 stars? Oren came to me in an urgent time of need. I had a company remove remnants of asbestos in the tape around the joints of our ductwork. Turns out the guys read the work order wrong and TOOK OUT all of our duct work. No other HVAC companies could come out until at least 5 days later and that was just for an estimate. Oren came out the day I called him and did the work 2 days later. Him and his crew finished the job in 6 hours and our heating system has never worked this well! Thank you thank you thank you!
Our furnace was 89-years-old, with several sections of duct-work disconnected, surrounded by a bunch of asbestos in the crawl space--basicall y, a big mess--all of which was discovered less than a week before the arrival of elderly parents for Thanksgiving. I got a bid from Atlas, but then met Oren, who beat their price but with a better unit, including all the asbestos abatement. He's a super nice guy who keeps his promises: He had a crew ready to begin immediately--an d all of these chaps were The Best. Prompt, efficient, clean, nice (they even helped carry me carry groceries from my car)! We did't expect this big expense out of the blue, but couldn't be happier with the unit, with Oren, and with all his guys.
This company came in today and cleaned my ducts and the service was amazing and so professional. I'm still in awe with the way they cleaned everything and after themselves, it was worth every penny.
