The former Old Dominion Tower was heavily damaged during Hurricane Katrina. The office building was purchased by the Benson family and was completely renovated. Automated Control Systems was selected as the BAS contractor for the renovations to the Benson Tower and worked closely with the design team in helping the new Benson Tower achieve LEED Certification.
