David Kiss, owner of Precision HVAC Co., graduated from Union County Vocational Technical School, in Scotch Plains, New Jersey with a degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. He began his career in a residential heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal company and stayed there for 10 years, learning all aspects of the business. In 1986, he went into his own business, creating Precision Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Company. For nearly 35 years, Precision HVAC has been providing top-quality heating, air conditioning, sales, service, and installation for the residential and light commercial market place.

Precision HVAC Co. handles all the aspects of your heating and air conditioning needs from Sales, Installation, Service and Maintenance. For the installation of heating and air conditioning equipment, the local town permits that are required will be obtained and filled out by our company. On over-head heating systems, the furnace is hung from the roof rafters and B-Vent Flue Piping through the roof. On over-head central air conditioning systems, the air handler has an emergency over-flow pan which is placed underneath it, along with an emergency over-flow cut-out switch and an overflow PVC line running it to the outside of the home.

The furnace needs to be checked to make sure the air filters are clean. The humidifier pad should be replaced every winter so that it works properly and doesn't leak, and the drain line should be cleaned out. For the overhead a/c system, the air filter is replaced, Freon levels checked and most importantly, the drain line is blown out so that it does not back up and overflow onto your ceilings.
