5 stars all the way! Extremely detail oriented! Joe Higens is very friendly and professional. He does all the work himself and does not contract out the job. I had my carpet and couches cleaned by him, and was very pleased with the results. I've had my carpet cleaned before from other carpet companies, however they were never able to completely get out the stains, unless I wanted to be charged extra. Higens was able to get out all the stains on the first go, and I was not charged extra. However what I was most impressed with was the follow up. Joe called me a few days later to ask me how my couches were doing, and if any of the stains were remaining. That is customer service! I've never had such personal service from a carpet company. I am extremely impressed and would recommend Higens carpet cleaning to anyone.
