George from Norton's downtown location did an amazing job providing flowers for both our rehearsal dinner and reception! We were blown away with how beautiful everything was. He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to work with our schedule and meet all of our needs! Absolutely delighted that we picked Norton's Florist for our wedding weekend!
Norton's delivered quality flowers in a timely fashion. Their management followed up on the order to assure it was delivered. Very helpful and courteous staff.
Has to be the worst florist I have ever used. My flowers weren't delivered like they promised. Instead HAD to pick them up around 4. That's 4 hours after they were to be delivered. Paid 120.00 for an arrangement that looked half dead the next. Was filled with water, so that wasnt the problem. Total lack of customer service. Will never use nor recommend them to anyone ever again!
