No unexpected charges were applied and the carpet was cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner. We received great service from ServicePro Carpet Cleaning. I called on a Wednesday and Troy was responsive and was available for an appt on Friday. He did a great job cleaning our two large sodas and six dining room chairs sharing Before. Gave me up front pricing and when at my home walked me through exactly what they were doing to disinfect their equipment and persons.
