With 486 units to schedule every month for move-outs, current resident cleans, & dealing with floods and leaks Jet City has been there and on time for every situation we've had.

Eric has been with the company since 2009, and is known to have one of the best noses in the business! He is able to smell any pet odors or problems in your carpet. His extensive knowledge in repairs and pet treatments makes him one of our best and can restore and save carpets, getting more life out of them for our customers. Their technicians are very quick and knowledgeable in carpet treatment. One of my favorite techs is Eric, he's a seasoned tech and always does an outstanding job with not only cleaning but further educating myself and tenants on certain situations regarding carpet care.

One time a property in Everett had a disgruntled eviction that left their feelings on the carpet with blue spray paint. Maintenance thought for sure they would have to replace the carpet. One job in Burien was the worst we've ever seen. It was so infested it had a "bed bug smell" to it. When the home started to get to the instant kill temperature of 122, the bugs were making a beeline to the drains in the bathroom and kitchen to hide. Our prep booklet makes sure you know to run hot water for a minimum of 3 minutes in every drain in the home when we are done.

The Incinerator uses BlowThru technology which differs from other heating systems using indirect heating where they first heat a surface then pass air over it. To prevent carbon monoxide made from this process from entering the drying environment, heat exchangers are used, acting like a home furnace. This results in 25% to 40% heat loss to your project. So your 250,000 BTU unit may be losing 50,000 BTU's or more exhausting hot air not being used for drying. The Incinerator delivers over four times the BTUs of competitive systems and delivers 100% of the heat.

Graffiti is an unfortunate occurrence in metropolitan areas. Lucky for you, we have the ability to remove if fast and effectively. No matter if it's on brick, stone or metal, we use water with a special solution to wash off the paint. See how it comes right off? We use our truck mount machine to pressure wash it clean. Afterwards, if desired, we can suction up the run off, storing it in our on-board holding tank, to dump later responsibly. Dry Ice Blasting is the green alternative for graffiti removal.

For smaller areas where runoff is a problem, we can use the hard surface machine which sucks the water back up, leaving no runoff. It runs off our carpet cleaning vans truck mount machine. Once the high-pressure water strikes the surface directly under the head, it's immediately extracted back up along with the dirt and grime. It's great for greasy garage floors as our truck mount carpet cleaning machines can get the water as hot as 250 f. Simply keeping up with a regular pressure washing regime will not only make your place look great but will help protect your investment!

We have a professional powerful extraction cleaning system that is designed to deep clean both tile and grout. It uses high pressure hot water to remove embedded dirt in the fine crevices, tile pores and grout. We then use tile brushes and cleaning agents to deep clean and we immediately vacuum the water back up to keep the dirt from going back into your tile, as well as keeping the job nice and neat. We then rinse again. The kind of tile or type of flooring is what dictates the equipment we use and the cleaning agents necessary.

While we can't make a new carpet out of an old rag, we can restore it and many times, save you from having to replace it. We can do any kind of carpet repair including dyeing to make it look better if not like new again, patching, clamp bars, transition strips and tack strips. Our trained technicians have seen a lot and will know what to suggest to save your bottom line. We can do whatever you need! We love our pets! But pets are hard on carpets. We use a special spot remover, urine and feces clean up, and flea eradication.

Jet City kills bed bugs in all stages of life in one afternoon using heat, and we don't use chemicals! For homes we cannot reach with one of our three Incinerators, we have electric heat machines. They're great for high rises and can run 24 to 48 hour hours to effectively kill bed bugs dead, dead dead! We can heat PODS, moving vans, apartments, townhouses, boats, individual homes large or small, factories, offices, and whole buildings all at once. We also have an organic biotechnology option. Holding true to using no chemicals, these spores continue to work even after the heat treatment.

We'll return the next day to monitor progress and will return daily (except Sunday's) to monitor the drying process. Once dry, we will clean the carpet, disinfect with an anti-microbial disinfectant, use ozone, or an atomizer room freshener and make your place look and smell fresh and clean again. We'll also replace the padding and repair the carpet where necessary. Perhaps a resident lit a candle which set off the fire alarm and drenched that unit and the 3 beneath it. Water flows downhill and will flow down the walls, into the ceilings and flooring until it hits the bottom.
