Southern Mulch, LLC is a manufacturer of premium mulch products. We sell wholesale to nurseries, garden centers, and large retail chains both in bulk and bagged, natural and colored. The bagged products come in 2 and 3 cubic foot bags and the bulk is sold by the cubic yard. The mulch is a blend of cypress, hardwood, and pine. Our facility is equipped with two horizontal grinders, one electric and one diesel. This insures us a continuous production of up to 300 yards of mulch per hour by either machine.
Southern Mulch, located in Port Allen, Louisiana, has been in business since 2009. Our staff has over 25 years of experience in the timber, sawmill, mulch, and pallet business. In 2011, Southern Mulch, LLC completed construction on a new multimillion dollar facility. With our new facilities, efficient equipment, and dedicated operators and managers, we are now able to produce four to five million bags of colored and natural mulch, and 30,000-40,000 yards of natural and colored bulk mulch a year.
