Gallea's Tropical Greenhouse got its start in 1957 as Clover Croft Farm Market. A young, tenacious couple, Joe and Ann Gallea began to grow their little market from handfuls of fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade Italian breads into a vast variety of nursery plants and specialty items that are enjoyed by our customers today! Joe and Ann Gallea raised the business while also raising their family of five children and 19 grandchildren (and still growing)! In 1985, Joe Sr. and Ann Gallea decided to retire, leaving the business in the hands of three of their children; Joe Jr., Sheryl (Roets), and Susan (Lang) continuing the family traditions.
