Hackney Parker, a native of southeastern North Carolina, established Seaside Mulch in 1996. Under Hackney's leadership, Seaside Mulch has grown, expanded its productline and began manufacturing all of its own mulches, soils and composts at our two manufacturing locations in Castle Hayne, North Carolina and Conway, South Carolina.
