Technicians assess material type to apply the safest, most effective cleaning method for lasting freshness.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
This service removes grime from tile surfaces and grout lines using high-pressure hot water extraction. We apply penetrating sealers to protect against future stains and offer regrouting for damaged areas. Safe for all tile types, including natural stone and porcelain, ensuring sanitized, slip-resistant floors.
Carpet Sales & Installation
We offer Shaw Floors and Stainmaster carpets in berber, plush, and textured styles. Our installation includes subfloor prep, precise fitting, and padding selection for comfort and durability. Backed by manufacturer warranties, our flooring options cater to high-traffic households and allergy-sensitive environments.

My carpets looked brand new when John was finished. He was a few minutes early, and was very professional. The price was very reasonable and exactly what had been promised when I scheduled the appointment, no surprise added fees. I will definitely be using Thoro-Clene from now on.

Awesome company! The tech was very professional and friendly. The carpets we had done were in awful shape from previous tenants, and they did a great job getting them looking brand new. I highly recommend them!

Okay. Seriously. The mud tracked in by people and dogs at my commercial building was just ground in out of control after all the rain and I didn't think it would come out AT ALL. This company blew me away with how amazing their service was. The difference was astonishing! And their technician was super professional and friendly the entire time. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Super happy with the service!
