From residential floor stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning and sealing and concrete cleaning and sealing, to wood floor cleaning and sealing, we have the experience to get the job right and exceed your expectations. We deep clean, seal and polish all types of natural stone and tile surfaces and restore grout. We work with slate, marble, granite, terrazzo, travertine, ceramic, etc. as well as wood, laminate and vinyl.

We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning solutions with Ettore Washers and Squeegees. Using clean water and the right dilution ratio produces streak free glass. Genuine Microfiber cloths are used to clean any excess water in the corners, edges and frames. We use ladders to reach windows on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stories. Our technicians utilize rappel methods to access higher windows with ropes, safety harnesses, chairs and always put safety first while taking every precaution to care for your premises.

Our Floor Technicians undergo extensive training, a certification process and have a minimum of 10 years of tile and grout cleaning experience. We are professional at every stage of the process: communication, scheduling, care of your premises, appearance, and of course the end result. First, we vacuum floors removing all particles, dirt, debris, dust, etc. Next, the tile and grout is machine scrubbed using high performance, professional tile and grout cleaner.

Loose debris on the roof such as leaves, branches, etc. will need to be air blown and removed in order to keep it from going back into your gutters and downspouts. If there is loose debris on your roof, we will remove prior to cleaning the gutters and downspouts. When gutters are left full of debris and clogged, water can overflow, cause sagging or breakage and rot the walls of the building. In addition, standing water in gutters increases the growth of moss and algae. Blockages in downspouts can overflow and cause damage to the structure and property.

We offer residential stripping and waxing services for: Vinyl, vinyl composite tile (VCT), linoleum, Marmoleum, Forbo, Laminate, sealed cement, wood floors, tile, ESD flooring, antistatic flooring, static control flooring and more. We also offer commercial waxing and stripping. First, we extract the floors of dirt, dust debris, etc. Next, we strip all of the old wax, dirt, grime, etc. from the floors with a power scrubber. Next we utilize a hard surface steam cleaning tool up to 1000 psi to remove ground in dirt, grime, etc. if necessary.

Pressure washing removes moss and algae that can eventually deteriorate the surface and leave holes. Regular service can prevent moss and algae from growing. Of course we take every precaution not to damage wood grains. We use portable/truck/trailer mounted pressure washers up to 4000 PSI, hot and cold water, surface cleaners, high capacity water tanks, extractors and detergent/degreaser injectors. The variable PSI with hot water allows us to use industrial strength power and/or hot/cold water in the tougher areas and delicate pressure and/or hot/cold water in the fragile areas.

We use a truck mounted steam cleaning and extraction system with non-toxic, non-odor, non-soap, biodegradable detergents. This mixture leaves your carpets and upholstery looking great without harming the environment or impacting your indoor air quality. It is the greater of $.25 - $.35 per square foot or $325.00 minimum depending on the square footage and degree of soiling.

We use specifically designed rotating brushes and a powerful vacuum for your vents, grilles and the entire air duct system. Utilizing a 10,000 CFM (cubic feet per minute) extractor attached to a long hose with a rotating brush on the end, we scrub the inside of each individual vent while simultaneously suctioning the debris free. The debris is extracted and removed off-site. We do this on the way in and the way out of each vent. Our system utilizes three components recommended by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) to thoroughly clean your air ducts: 1) Scrubbing, 2) High powered blowing and 3) High powered extraction.

Roof cleaning removes moss, mildew, algae and other growth that can eventually deteriorate the roof and cause leaks. Regular service can prevent moss and algae from growing. Of course we take every precaution to clean carefully preventing leakage in the cleaning process. We clean asphalt shingles, slate and tile roof shingles, ceramic roofing tiles, metal roofing, flat roofs, 3-tab roof shingles, architectural roof shingles, wood roof shingles, shake roof shingles and more. We utilize a commercial water variable power washer and liquid detergent inject through machine to remove moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. Next, we apply zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor to roof to slow the growth of moss going forward.
