Our freezer wouldn't cool one evening. They came out the next morning on time. James was very knowledgeable about the issue. Even though we did not proceed with the repair, he was very gracious and made great recommendations to us. Highly recommended!

They were no-shows two nights in a row AFTER I confirmed the appointment an hour before they should have been at my house on Monday night. I gave them a second chance and rescheduled for Tuesday between 6:30 - 8:00pm. I called again to confirm my appointment and the lady promised the technician would be at our house within the given window of time. No-show again and no call!
