After getting a design to us, Tim came to follow up and finalize. We made changes to the design so that our electric grill would have a place. Workers did show up on time. But final plan was not followed. When I called, Tim told me to get some furniture and sit in the yard for a while and maybe I would like it better. He also said he would drop off some pavers to put under our grill that was now sitting in sand. Further after 3 months, I had to call them about a bill. They knocked nothing off the price, never delivered the pavers or came to fix the job to the contract they signed off on. Tim is very personable but this business is not what it seems. Poor customer service. Do not believe him when he says that if you allow him to "go crazy" you will have a back yard of pavers that no one could imitate. Mine looks like everyone else's, and I could find the pavers and replace them if need be. Very disappointed. Not worth the price.
We were considering having this done to our property as well. But both of my sons had issues with the turf within 24 hrs., burn marks in a few areas, so they called the company and told them; and they have not even had the courtesy or professionalism to return either one of their calls. I spoke with another company and they told me the first thing they look at is where the sun will reflect onto the turf so something will be done prior to install. I'm telling you, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. There are several out there that know what they're doing!
