Their flowers look beautiful, but I dont appreciate the false advertising. There is a delivery time option that says "Anytime free" So I selected that one, expecting the obvious, free delivery! Three screens later after you've input all your information, a delivery fee of $20 pops up. When I called to question them about that, an extremely rude and defensive woman simply said "our web site doesnt say that", to which I replied yes it does actually, and like a teenager she says "no it doesnt". Upon sending her a screenshot she basically told me I was the only person who was ever confused about it and its obvious that what they mean is no delivery fee on top of their $20 delivery fee. Ummmm ok! I would have been ok if she had admitted it was not the best way to phrase things on their web site. But she was rude and condescending despite me saying the flowers were for my sick mother.
Very friendly, professional, detailed, patient with taking the order, delivery was very fast and you just felt how much they truly cared. The flowers were fabulous. Highly recommend and would definitely recommend and use them again!
In a world where all we hear is complaints, I wanted to tell you that I am very impressed with your customer service. Being in upstate NY, I was in a bit of a panic trying to locate a florist near the Mass General. Honestly, I doubt that I could have found a better choice. I would give you 6 stars if I could.
