Best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service. I called with a difficult situation. There were carpet beetles in my new apartment, so I could not move in. I just needed to put my things in my apartment, because the next day I was supposed to get on a plane to go to a family wedding. When Excellent heard my predicament, Rashaud Wayns came out the same day even though they were booked.
He was amazing. He listened to my concerns, he was kind, and he was thorough in spraying the insecticide and cleaning the carpets. I would not have felt comfortable putting my belongings into the apartment had he not done such a fantastic job. I was incredibly stressed out by the situation, but I felt so much better after Rashaud was done cleaning. I cannot recommend Rashaud or this company enough. They were honest, accommodating, and professional.

Can say enough good things about company. I had a badly soiled area rug (puppy stains) and thought I would take a risk on getting it cleaned instead of replacing it. I wish I could show you the before and after pictures but it's pretty amazing. In addition, the guys who came to pick up and deliver were great and indulged my picky placement under a large and heavy piano. 5+++ stars - I will never use anyone else. Thanks Excellent Carpet!
