Dabney Turley opened his wholesale nursery on the family farm after receiving his BS in horticulture & gaining work experience at various nurseries across Tennessee. He initially specialized in trees & shrubs before his brother Hubert joined the business in 1995, expanding the business into the retail market & the plant offerings to perennials, roses & annuals. The Dabney Nursery grows more than 75% of our plants in stock, including trees, roses, hydrangeas, hostas, perennials & annuals. Our field grown trees are grown in our own clay soil, making them well adapted to the surrounding community.
