What sold me with Mitch Feller was his quote. He stated that he would not use any heavy equipment on my driveway, which was very important to me as I just spent a bunch on a new driveway and I didn't want cracks or oil leaks on it. Mitch's quote was right in line with other quotes I received so I decided on Mitch because of his promise.
The tree I was taking out was massive and overhanging my house, so professionalism and attention to detail was paramount, and Mitch displayed that throughout the experience.
The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and did everything exactly as advertised. They cleaned up thoroughly, even the stuff that was there before they arrived (old leaves and branches on my roof).
