Window materials and options have changed a lot over the years as energy codes have become more strict, and as utility rates have climbed. Generically, they are white vinyl double pane windows, usually with a low-e (low emissivity) coating that will help control heat flow in and out of the home. Here in California, the minimum required energy rating is called the Title 24 Section 6 requirement.
