I purchased a new home in 1/2016 I was coming up on my year end warranty with the builder. I had noticed larger amounts of granules washing out of my gutter then I felt was normal ( yes I know some will come off ) so I called the person who sold the house, they recommended Fraley roofing to come out and inspect and said they could fix the problem (Fraley roofing did not do the work on the original roof so I am not saying they do bad work ) however a rep by the name of Jason returned my call and offered to come out and inspect.

Upon his inspection and even taking pictures he said it appears that I may have had a few batches of defective shingles ( not the entire roof just some places ) and said he would get the ball rolling and come out and take a sample of the shingles and find out who the manufacturer was to see about getting this fixed It has now been a month and after 6 calls placed and 4 voicemails left on his personal voicemail ( when the mailbox wasn't full ) I have not gotten a return call.

I finally spoke with a Shawn Fraley and too say he was the rudest person I've ever delt with is a under statement! He basically said I had talk to more then one company so how did I know what they had said? Basically calling me a liar and made very clear he wanted no part of the repairs, which is fine again I only called do to seller recommended them. Now this Jason is complexly denying telling me there was anything wrong with my roof and is back peddling for what ever reason. Not sure if this is how they treat all their potential customers but if so I don't see how they stay in business!
