Out of 19 inspections on my house that KB Construction is rebuilding for me after it was destroyed in January 2020, on 3% have passed; meaning that 97% have failed inspection! Plans that were ready to be picked up at the city building department did not get picked up for 6 months! My neighbors told me (because I'm in a rental not close by) that KB Construction worked on my house an average of 2 days a month! I can't give this company enough bad reviews!

After another major home repair, I called our home insurance and without hesitation I asked for their approval to use KB Construction for a second time! They confirmed that KB is still on their recommended list as well!
Rick handled estimation details, was clear about what work will need to be estimated and completed (which was replacing all our vinyl floors/baseboards and drywall repair). He handled all the communication with the insurance and third party contractor services. Vince also coordinated the project and was awesome with scheduling and working around my schedule. Angel and his crew really did a fine job. Taking time to pay attention to detail with baseboards, laying the flooring down. Angel was able to find our existing flooring, and walked me through decisions. His team also caught a huge defect with the manufacturer's flooring products. They promptly found a solution, drove to find better product, and redid all their work to make sure it was professional, minimizing my stress. Angel made sure to have the appropriate amount of crew to try and get the job done and not leave us waiting. They all always showed up on time, always respectful of our space.
Construction can be tricky to find reliable services so I always like to recommend when I can to any homeowner. Another shout out to Patricia and Marina at the office - always a joy to talk to about administrative needs. Call KB!

Vince & Rick's customer service was outstanding. Their crew that came out to do my home floors were so professional and courteous. Couldn't have ask for better. We will definitely be referring to any and everyone we know and will be calling them in the near future for any new home projects we have!

My insurance company referred me to KB to repair significant water damage to our rental property. I do not live in the area but was assured that the project would go smoothly anyway. It wouldn't. Basically, the project manager and his foreman wanted to rebuild my house with whatever they could find at Home Depot regardless of the materials which were being replaced. I was told that obtaining flooring to match what had been damaged would take months. When I insisted on the original material, it showed up in 2 weeks. It was an incredibly frustrating experience which wrapped up after 6 long months. The finished product is average at best and I'm still dealing with lingering issues.

We had flooding in our house on a Saturday morning and 2 bedrooms were drenched with water. After the initial call with my insurance company, KB (Tony) was at our house very quickly. He was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns. Thanks KB Constructions!!

The morning of Thanksgiving we woke up to water entering our garage from the ceiling where a seam of two drywall sheets meet. We contacted our insurance company and the first two companies they sent were of little to no help. The insurance company then recommended KB Construction and we met with Tony.
They were a huge help in a time where we were beginning to lose hope in contractors. Tony arrived on time, he assessed the situation and offered a solution as the insurance company prepared to send an inspector. Tony was able to meet with the inspector a couple of days later and they worked together as a team to remedy our situation.
KB Construction should be considered the standard for all other construction companies to follow. They were professional, courteous, easily understood and well versed in their line of work. I would not hesitate to contact them for any of my construction needs in the future.

This is for a USAA claim. Alex Rivera and KB construction exceeded all of our needs, desires and expectations. They came to our house on a Sunday to complete emergency work. Alex offered two ways to complete the work for us to choose from. His professionalism and attention to detail is excellent. I highly recommend Alex Rivera and KB construction company!

KB Construction recently did the remodel on our guest bathroom. Greg Weist was the estimator who initially came out and wrote the estimate, as well as re-wrote it with some changes we'd requested before getting the work started. Niel Justice was my contact person and he was very pleasant to deal with. He stopped by several times to check on the progress and was easy to get in touch with during the process. The bathroom is very beautiful. We plan to use them for the master bathroom soon as well and for our kitchen remodel in the next year. They are honest, hard working and have the customer's best interests at heart. We wouldn't use anyone else!

This is late post, but better late than never spoken of. Great work should always be recognized. I want to Thank Vince Amorim and his team. They all worked hard to get my condo turned around as back to normal in less time then originally given. Mr. Amodio kept in close contact and if I texted him he was quick to respond and answer whatever question I had. GOOD WORKS to them for a quick job, but also great work. Angel made sure to keep me informed at every step of the way. He also thought me a little bit about paint since I had no clue. I will keep this company in my contact book for any future work. Let's just hope it's not as a result of my negligent upstairs neighbors!!!! KB Construction Company in Arcadia is also on USAA preferred list for those of you part of the military family, that's how I heard of them.
