Our mission is to make your vision for your unfinished basement or home remodel come to life and be even more than you ever imagined it could be. We provide affordable solutions and keep the entire process as stress-free for you as possible by using consistent communication and transparency with our online customer portal. Was thinking this afternoon about the work that your team did last summer and how the basement turned out - in hindsight, turning the basement into useable space was hands down the best house decision that we've done in years - the space is a true office for me, and we have place for all the kids toys / etc. you all did a great job, from the design to scheduling to how the space turned out.

Our vision is to transform basements using superior products and workmanship to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Better Built Basements was established in 2008 by 3 driven people: James & Deborah Tranmer and their good friend Randall Michalek. With previous experience in the home improvement realm, they knew the inconvenience that comes with renovation projects. Dealing with different contractors, miscommunication, designers, scheduling - it can almost be just as messy as what's in the basement crawl space!
