Chucks professional career began as an Environmental Consultant for 13 years where he functioned as a building owner's representative conducting asbestos inspections, indoor air quality assessments (including mold), air monitoring, regulatory compliance activities, project design, project management, and as an EPA approved Asbestos Trainer.
