The Deep Clean items listed below are extra services provided in addition to our General Clean Routine. Select from items below to customize your home's needs. When moving in or out of your home, we have a Basic Courtesy checklist and some popular options in order to satisfy the goal of your cleaning. All of the details in a Courtesy Clean plus the options in Section A. Section A most frequently requested. Section B are less frequently requested. The most popular items are washing of woodwork, cabinet interiors and vacuuming of blinds and/or plantation blinds hand washed.

Because each house is as unique as the people living there, Minit Maids will customize your services to meet your particular needs. We've used Minit Maids for about two years and they're excellent, everything you could want. I wanted to us a local service if at all possible instead of a national chain, so that's a nice plus. Minit Maids provides all of the necessary cleaning solutions, sanitized supplies and state-of-the-art equipment. Our Greener Cleaning Products are safe for both family and pets! However, if you have a special product you prefer we use when cleaning your home such as a specific stone cleaner or polish, we'll be happy to use it! Contact the office to let us know what you would like the team to use. Because of OSHA regulations, these items must be labeled properly. Minit Maids works in crews of two (2) and sometimes three (3) person teams depending upon the schedule for the day.
