With Design-Build, one company, Constructive Enterprises, is responsible for both architectural design and construction of your project. This means you enter into a single contract with one entity (design-builder), us. We take complete accountability and head your construction project eliminating the headaches of researching, communicating and negotiating with multiple contractors of varying trades. This collaborative effort on our part reduces cost, change orders, errors during construction, saves time, and encourages innovation and collaboration as we work directly with our affiliate trades, architects, engineers, electricians, mechanical, etc.
