Instead of going to the big box stores we wanted to shop local, and we are so happy with our decision. The staff were. Went in one morning and we were a bit nervous about deciding what tiles to choose for our new home. We were so relieved. After walking into a couple other places, one of which had rude/indifferent personnel that interrupted me and callously. said they couldn't help me - I was treated like family in here and was under the impression they wouldn't be able to assist me in this specific case, they offered an alternative which worked out perfectly!
